Rivora is a ride-hailing platform that connects riders with drivers through our mobile application. We provide technology services to facilitate transportation but do not provide transportation services directly.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

6. Driver Requirements
Drivers using our platform must:
- Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle registration
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
- Pass background checks and vehicle inspections
- Comply with all applicable traffic and safety laws
- Provide professional and courteous service
7. Safety and Security
We prioritize the safety of all users. We implement various safety measures including driver background checks, vehicle inspections, and real-time monitoring. However, you acknowledge that transportation involves inherent risks, and you use our services at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rivora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rivora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these terms.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Montenegro. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro, without regard to conflict of law principles.
